FDA Consults (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional regulatory consulting and compliance support services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Our Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • FDA facility registration assistance
  • U.S. Agent services
  • Regulatory consulting
  • Labeling and documentation review
  • Compliance management
  • Market entry support

These services involve professional time, research, analysis, and submission preparation. Once work has commenced, significant resources are committed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once initiated:

  • FDA registration submissions
  • U.S. Agent designation services
  • Regulatory filings
  • Account setup services
  • Compliance assessments
  • Documentation preparation
  • Consultation services already delivered

Once submissions are prepared or filed, refunds are not available.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances, including:

A. Before Work Has Begun

If a client cancels services before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative fees.

B. Service Not Delivered

If FDA Consults fails to provide agreed-upon services without reasonable cause, a partial or full refund may be considered.

C. Duplicate Payments

Refunds will be issued for confirmed duplicate payments or billing errors.

4. Partial Refunds

If services have been partially completed, refunds (if any) will be prorated based on:

  • Work completed
  • Time invested
  • Documentation prepared
  • Submissions made

Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable.

5. No Refunds for Regulatory Outcomes

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • FDA rejection
  • Registration delays
  • Regulatory inquiries
  • Enforcement actions
  • Inspection outcomes
  • Market access issues

Regulatory decisions are outside our control.

6. Subscription & Recurring Services

For recurring services such as:

  • U.S. Agent annual services
  • Compliance management plans
  • Renewal monitoring
  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once service has commenced.
  • Clients may cancel future renewals with written notice.

7. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request within 14 days of service completion or billing.

Requests must include:

  • Client name
  • Invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Reason for refund request

8. Review & Resolution Process

All refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

We may request additional information to evaluate claims. Decisions are final and made in good faith.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact FDA Consults first before initiating chargebacks or disputes with payment providers.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and recovery of associated fees.

10. Policy Changes

FDA Consults reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
